San Francisco, CA — Orbitax LLC announces a strategic alliance with Computershare Governance Services to integrate its Entity Charting Solution with Computershare’s Global Entity Management System (GEMS).  This integration provides Multi-National Enterprises (MNEs) with the ability to share key entity data between GEMS, the leading global entity management solution and Orbitax’s best of class entity charting solution.  This integration will drive enhanced collaboration between the key stakeholders for entity data, typically being the legal and tax departments.

The Orbitax Entity Charting Solution is powered by the Executable Actions Tool (E.A.T.), which enables all stages in an end-to-end workflow to be visually captured using a drag and drop drawing tool. When launched, the various stages in the workflow will be executed, which includes connecting to the data sources, extracting and transforming the required data, creating the required charts in PDF/PPT format, bringing in the assigned reviewers, and creating the final reports and distributing them to various stakeholders. Other data sources can be combined as part of the workflow and used to generate additional reports in other formats including Microsoft Power BI and Excel.

In this alliance, Orbitax will integrate E.A.T., the Entity Charting Solution, and other modules with GEMS to provide GEMS users an end-to-end solution to generate both simple and complex charts, using the entity data being maintained in GEMS and other reports including analytical visuals in Power BI. All data transferred between Orbitax and GEMS will be automated via API connections.

“In today’s climate, there is an ever-increasing need for entity data and graphical views of the entity chart on-demand by various stakeholders within an MNE organization including legal and tax, and an even greater need for a single source of truth. This ask has taken on a greater urgency with the introduction of public country-by country-reporting and global minimum tax. By integrating our two solutions, both legal and tax departments will finally have access to the same data source with the flexibility to create their own versions of data and charts.” said Gratian Joseph Orbitax Co-Founder and CEO.

Andrew Moore, President at Computershare Governance Services, said: “Highly visual entity charts help executives better understand their group structure in an at-a-glance format.

“Our alliance with Orbitax provides that real-time visual solution, allowing them to more easily make key entity-based decisions during corporate actions or on an on-going basis, all while lowering their administrative burden.”
